You can either build the same house that you had before OR you can build something more modern! In conjunction with your insurance company, we’ll let you know what you are able to build.
As a general rule of thumb, which is of course subject to change due to a number of things such as a steep lot or drainage, you can expect to pay approximately $400-$450 per square foot.
Of course we will! We do not charge for this service 🙂
It all depends on the size of your house. Generally, is can take 10-14 months but this is dependent on a list of factors. It’s best to have a 1 on 1 conversation with us about this to ensure the details are covered and fully understood.
We can have the process started as soon as you are ready. We currently have some openings for 2024 and early 2025
If you would like our team at LUX Homes to be your builders and know roughly what you want to spend, we can do a Preliminary Building Agreement sooner than later. You pay for this service out of pocket and get reimbursed through the build cost.
