Candidates should be registered with ITA, have a Class 5 driver’s license, and be able to operate a skid steer and mini excavator with no supervision and drive a truck and pull trailer. They should also be proficient in formwork, slab prep, and framing in addition to the following tasks below. WorkSafeBC Occupational First Aid Level 1 would be considered an asset.

Job Specific Responsibilities
- Complete the framing deficiencies
- Install exterior doors and windows
- Form patios, driveways and garages
- Aid the team with slab-on-grade preparation
- Organize framing materials
- Inspect and install all handrails and guard rails
- Install cabinets, counters, and molding.
Job Qualifications and Skills
-Have a minimum of 5 years experience in start-to-finish residential construction.
-Safely able to operate a skid steer, mini excavator, and know how to operate a truck and trailer with no supervision.
-Be able to read and interpret plans, specifications and shop drawings.
-Extensive knowledge of power tools, including skill saw, miter saw, and jigsaw.
-Possession of basic hand tools and reliable transportation to the job site.
-Willingness to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time.
-Capable of climbing ladders and carrying at least 80 pounds.
-Knowledge of lumber grades and countertop materials.
-Have proficient knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
