Log House Renovation

This log house situated in Peachland is the perfect blend of modern and traditional style, creating the perfect transitional home. This home was a complete renovation with the clients wanting to modernize and open up the existing walls, with an open concept kitchen being a must-have. Serious structural issues and uneven floors were areas of concern that were found upon assessment and quickly corrected and brought to code before commencing on the changes desired. The kitchen layout was expanded for more seating and repositioned to take advantage of the breathtaking Okanagan Lake views from the kitchen island. A butlers pantry was added and high-end appliances installed making it the true heart of the home.
