This past weekend, the Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) Central Okanagan hosted the prestigious 2026 Okanagan Housing Awards. This annual event celebrates the “best of the best” in the industry, showcasing the highest levels of craftsmanship, innovation, and design in our region.
We are honoured to announce that LUX Quality Homes took home two top awards for our work this past year!
Double Excellence for the "Santina" Project
What makes this victory even more special is that one of our favourite projects, the Santina Lake Country Renovation, won in both categories. This project was a true labour of love, and seeing it recognized by our peers and industry experts is incredibly rewarding.

The Story Behind the Santina Renovation
Located in the heart of beautiful Lake Country, BC, the Santina project was all about transformation. Our goal was to take an existing space and elevate it into a modern sanctuary that balances luxury with everyday functionality.
The Bathroom: For the “Excellence in Bathroom Renovations” category, we focused on maximizing style and comfort within a specific budget. By choosing high-impact finishes and optimizing the layout, we turned a standard bathroom into a spa-like retreat.
The Whole Home: The “Excellence in Residential Renovations” award recognized our ability to reimagine the home’s footprint. From the kitchen to the living spaces, every square foot was carefully updated to reflect the homeowner’s vision and the stunning natural beauty of the Okanagan.

These awards are a testament to the hard work of our hardworking team, our incredible trade partners, and, most importantly, our clients who trust us with their homes. We believe that “Quality” isn’t just in our name, it’s the standard we bring to every single nail, tile, and floorboard.
