You get rewarded. Once your referral signs a Preliminary Building Agreement and pays their deposit, you’ll receive your reward — cash for local referrals (Kelowna office pick-up) or cheque for out-of-town.

*Referral reward amounts are determined based on the value of the Preliminary Building Agreement (PBA), with a minimum PBA value of $100,000 required for eligibility. Referral rewards shall be issued only upon the execution of the PBA and receipt of the corresponding deposit by LUX Homes. Payment of rewards shall be made in cash for referrals located within the Kelowna city limits and by cheque for referrals located outside of the Kelowna city limits. The referral reward schedule based on contract value is as follows: $100,000 – $499,999.99 receive $1,500; $500,000 – $649,999.99 receive $2,000; $650,000 – $899,999.99 receive $3,000; $900,000 – $1,249,999.99 receive $4,000; $1,250,000 – $1,499,999.99 receive $5,000; $1,500,000 and above receive $10,000. LUX Homes reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the referral program at its sole discretion.
